i bought a car from this place that at the time didnt have a finance company. i did a good faith contract. well i did make my first two payments then my dad died and my life went into this downward spiral from there. i kept the car because i was a single parent and needed transportation for for and daycare, ect. i still have the car after 3 years now and they havent called for it or anything. i want to sell it and get rid of it now that i have a new one. but i cant do that without my title. so my question is... is there anyway i can be able to get my title? or am i just doomed to own this car forever?
P.S%26gt;%26gt; i am in mississippi now but the car is registered in cali.
