Its a scam - do not send any money at all or you will never see it, or the car, again.

Yahoo don%26#039;t hold money on behalf of Ebay transactions. Report the matter to Ebay and to Yahoo.

Somebody is trying to scam you. Yahoo finance doesn%26#039;t collect the money for ebay sales, the seller does. You%26#039;re lucky you had trouble with the wire transfer, since if you%26#039;d gotten it to go through you%26#039;d just be out that much money.
