To be honest I think they are bluffing. My best friend works for a finance company. I need to know if you are only behind this one payment. If your payments are on the 30th of the month and this is the only one you owe, then the 25th isn%26#039;t long enough for the missed payment to show on your credit report. Also how long have you had this account? Please let me know the answer to the two questions above and I will help you out the best I can.

yes. Until the balance is paid..they own the car.

Depends on the deal you signed when you bought the car. But the short answer is yes.
