Ok my wife and I are needing to get another car. Just looking for some advice on this issue. We would have to finance through her, problem is she has quite a bit of open credit, like clothing credit cards etc...they are all paid on time and have not ever been late she has about a 700 credit score, Only problem is her dept. to income ratio does not help her out any. She works at a retail place in the mall and pulls about 500 a month, she has been there a year though. I am in the military so we basically live off of my paycheck. She can claim my income as other income on a credit app. but that is about it seeing as im still cleaning up my credit mess from early days of turning 18.
People that maybe have dealt with this do you think we would have a decent chance of getting a vehicle financed?
Buying a car with alot of open credit.?
With a 700 credit score you can get a no doc loan that goes specifically off of your credit score and not off of assets, income, and debt to income ratio
