I, too, live in Missouri. Unless you%26#039;re in KC or St. Louis, there should be a pretty limited number of car dealerships in your locality. I would suggest looking in your phone book and calling them to find out. One of the ones that%26#039;s not offering it may be able to tell you who is, too, or be willing to cut you a deal.
